i was very pleased with the attentive management. i received sparkling wine and cake for a birthday celebration. i found the staff helpful from check-in to departure. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is not centrally located. The closest shop is a 20-minute walk.

great choicespolite staffdecent balconyplate watching
the food had great choices, a very wide variety. the staff were polite always. our room included a balcony. it was a decent size. we enjoyed our stay. the pool area was really nice. it had a bar right next to it.
some waiter staff in the restaurant at breakfast plate watched. they watched you while you eat. they need to grasp the silver service concept of a good waiter. a good waiter is one you do not see.

the hotel staff was really awesome! everyone was super friendly and helpful to me. i also really liked that i received a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift, such a sweet detail!
the breakfast buffet didn't impress me too much. i had higher hopes considering the hotel's rating. also, i noticed some plate watching by the waiters, not really what i expect from silver service.
